Truck Smashes Into SE Business
No one was injured when a vehicle struck the front door of Cutz N Stuff on South Railway Street SE.
No one was injured after a truck accidentally plowed into the front of a Medicine Hat business Thursday afternoon. City police say a man was parking his Ford F350 truck infront of Cutz N Stuff on South Railway Street SE when his foot slipped and hit the accelerator. The truck smashed into the front door of the business. Damage is estimated at about $2,500, but no charges will be laid.

The Reformed Presbyterian Church wants to use a one-story structure at 2001 Pioneer Ave., Brookline, for religious assembly with 26 parking spaces. Daniel Smithbower will seek approval to reconstruct a building containing a non-conforming adult entertainment use at 1885 Saw Mill Run Blvd., Overbrook. Board meetings are on the first floor of the John P. Robin Civic Building, 200 Ross St., Downtown.

The Pittsburgh Planning Commission will hold a hearing at 2 p.m. Tuesday on an amendment to the zoning code for electronic signs. The amendment includes a new category, community message sign. The hearing will be in the first floor of the John P. Robin Civic Building.
